Who We Are

Cypress Woods Land Stewards was founded by a family with a passion for the outdoors. In short, over 40 years of construction, land management, and real estate experience collides with 30+ years of state and federal wildlife management and forestry careers. This isn't a career, it isn't a business, it is a lifestyle.

Bev Senior cut his teeth on timber and land management many years ago. He kept focused on a dream to own a working farm of his own some day. Unfortunately for us, Mr. Bev didn't get to see that dream. But his family, legacy, and love of the outdoors lives on and has paved the way for Cypress Woods Land Stewards, and partner companies: Cypress Woods Construction and Heath Legacy Farms. Together, Cypress Woods and Heath Legacy built that dream on historic Kirkam's Farm near Petersburg, VA.
